Warranty Types:

2 Years Product Warranty Service: If there is a technical problem with our product during these two pieces and the customer service staff cannot solve it, we will resend you a completely new product.

50 Years Warranty Service: If there is any problem with our products within 50 years, our customer service team will do their best to help you solve the problem.

What is the difference between a 2-year and 50-year service warranty?

The key difference is that if the problem cannot be resolved within the 2-year product warranty period, we will replace the product with a new one.
For products that are outside the 2-year warranty period but within the 50-year period, if quality issues arise, the customer can choose the following replacement options:

(1) Replace with a brand-new product of the same model (or the latest model if the original is discontinued) at 80% of the original price.
(2) Replace with an "Open Box" product of the same model (or the latest model if the original is discontinued) at 60% of the original price.

Note: Definition and condition standard
"Open Box" products referred to in this clause are products that have been previously displayed or returned by customers and resold. These products are estimated to be in 80% new or better condition, with minor cosmetic wear but fully functional.

Warranty requirements: You will need to purchase the product from WELOCK.COM or Amazon WELOCK store.
Order ID: You can find this in the order history of the account the purchase was made through.

Model Number: You can find this in your account's order history, as well as on the packaging or manual of the product. Some products come with the model number printed directly on them. Model numbers help us identify your product's exact make and model more accurately than a product name would.
