How does the WELOCK WIFIBOX3 work?

The WELOCK WIFIBOX3 gateway offers a variety of features to enhance your WELOCK smart lock experience:

Remote Unlocking: Unlock your door anytime, anywhere with the WELOCK APP after connecting the WIFIBOX3 bridge, making it easy to let guests or family in while you're away.

Real-time unlock history: Monitor who enters or exits by viewing real-time unlock history, ensuring you know what's going on in your home at all times.

Alexa Compatible: Pair the WIFIBOX3 gateway with Alexa to control your WELOCK smart door locks using simple voice commands for easy keyless life and hands-free operation.

Intercom Compatible: the WIFIBOX3 can be connected to the intercom system to easily open the door for your visitors through the WELOCK APP.

How to add WIFIBOX3 gateway in WELOCK APP?

1. Connect the WIFIBOX3 gateway to the power supply with a data cable

2.Press the setting button on the gateway for 6 seconds. When the middle indicator on the gateway shows red, it means it is in binding mode.

3. Click "Add device"in the left menu of WELOCK APP, and then select "Add gateway".

4.WELOCK APP will automatically detect the available WIFIBOX3 gateway.

5. Enter Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password, prompt to exit after successful setup (please make sure your phone's GPS service is turned on and the gateway only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi network).

6. When the signal indicator of the gateway shows green, it means the gateway is connected successfully.

7. Refresh the device list, you can see the gateway is bound to the APP.

Note: 1. Devices(e.g. locks) that have been bound  will be automatically matched with the WIFIBOX3 Bluetooth gateway. If there is no bound device in the APP, you need to bind the device first, then the Bluetooth gateway will match automatically.

2. Newly bound locks need to wait for about 3 minutes to be matched automatically.
